Madserud Bistro eies av Sven Voltzke, Frode Hansen og Calle Børresen.

Sven er sjefskokk med lang restauranterfaring. Han er å finne på Favn Restaurant på Hafjell om vinteren og på Restaurant Hilda Larsen på Sørlandet om sommeren. Frode styrer lokale forhold på Sørlandet og Calle har en fot i filmbransjen og en annen i restaurantbransjen og er daglig leder på Madserud Bistro. Vi startet med et ønske om å lage god mat på et fiskemottak på Borøy i Tvedestrand (og å gi Sven en sommerjobb). Restaurant Hilda Larsen ga mersmak og de driver nå også på Hafjell, en Diner på Tretten og Larsens Burger & Båtis i Tvedestrand. Sammen med Kenneth driver vi også Losna Isbane. Vi var enige om at i Oslo skulle vi aldri åpne restaurant men håper dere trives hos oss likevel :)
